Current projects include urban renewal planning for economic development using a blight survey approach leading to tax increment financing for public improvements. Representative clients include cities in northeast Ohio - Lorain, Youngstown, Hudson and Cleveland; Case Western Reserve University and the University of Akron; The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, and Olympic Steel & G&S Metal Products. The firm has been recognized for Excellence in Architecture and Planning by the Urban Design Institute, the American Institute of Architects, the Architects Society of Ohio, the National Endowment for the arts, the U.S. Department of Transportation, and the Dupont Benedictus Award for Innovative Use of Laminated Glass. |
