William A. Gould, AIA, AICP Architect & Planner William Gould William Gould is nationally recognized professional in architecture, urban design and land use planning. Mr. Gould has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Michigan and Master degree in Urban Planning from Cranbrook Academy. He is currently principal-in-charge of Urban Renewal Planning, including Slum & Blight Evaluations, for the city of Lorain, Ohio. Harriet R. Gould, Citizen Participation Harriet R. Gould Harriet Gould is Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for Citizen Participation Programming at Gould/ Associates, Inc. With a Bachelor of Science degree from Case Western Reserve University and Certification from the Institute for Participatory Management & Planning, Ms. Gould administers client projects and coordinates citizen participation requirements to gain informed consent for the plan. Maria E. Achurra Architect Intern and Graphic Designer Maria E. Achurra Maria has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Panama and a Master Degree in Architecture from the University of Cincinni. She is a registered architect in her native Panama. Ms. Achura is the technical project manager for architecture and planning projects, and is a member of the Blight Survey Team for the city of Lorain, Ohio. Maria produces drawings using AutoCAD. Philip C. Gould Project Development Philip C. Gould Philip Gould is responsible for new projects development and project management at Gould /Associates, Inc. Philip has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and additional training at the Real Estate and Economic Development at the University of Wisconsin.
